Shipping & Delivery

C.O.D. Please note ALL Free Shipping Specials apply only to Pre-paid orders, not C.O.D. C.O.D. is a charge we pay to UPS on your behalf for UPS collecting payment.

Delivery Locations. At this time, we ship merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. If you do place an order to Alaska or Hawaii, as an accommodation, we will ship via USPS to Alaska or Hawaii (please allow for USPS transit time). The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is picked up by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time. We ship Monday through Friday, except on holidays and unusual circumstances. While we cannot promise your order will go out the same business day we receive it, we do try! Our orders ship from our fulfillment center in El Dorado, AR. Most business addresses will receive their orders in 1-4 business days! Orders to AK and HI will ship via USPS. While we reserve the right to choose the shipping method, most other orders ship via UPS and you should receive an email notification from UPS regarding your shipment and its status. Thanks!

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based upon the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
